The Brewery
Our History
Everything started in 2012 at home with a brewing kit.
Since then, a lot of experiments, batches and books have contributed to the experience I have today, and after 12 years I am now bringing my hobby to the next level.
Along with the brewing knowledge, my brewing system is changed as well, moving from a single kettle to a three kettles system, with conical fermenters, fridges to control the temperature and CO2 equipment to bottle without oxygen.
The Brewery
O' Beerificio, the Neapolitan Brewery is the last step in my brewing career.
It born as a re-branding of the previously called NeaBrew.
The objective is still the same: telling about my home town, Naples, via beers in my adoption country, The Netherlands.
All my recipes are inspired to Naples, capturing flavors, spices and row products that are giving a distinctive touch to the beers.
I am aiming to give a full journey starting with the label ending with the beer and all its flavors.
The Brewer
My name is Giovanni, founder of O' Beerificio.
I born in Naples in 1985, where I lived till 2012. During my childhood and teenage, I absorbed all the Neapolitan peculiarities like creativity, problem solving and of course food addiction.
Food is the root of my culture, and since I moved abroad for work, I started to miss everything about Naples. Every time I come back home, I am re-charging myself (and my back pack) of flavors, smells and everything else connected with my roots.
